Brazilian Jiu - Jitsu

Professor Carlos Almeida is a Brazilian former MMA Pro athlete and a 4th degree Brazilian Jiu - Jitsu Black Belt.
He is a ADCC South Asia 2 Division Champion. He has been practicing the martial arts for 25 years and has traveled the world teaching the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA.
He moved to Goa in January 2023 to help spread the art of Brazilian Jiu - Jitsu throughout India.
Professor Carlos has been heading the BJJ program at LightHaven since September, 2023.
